The kissing gate is obstructed by NCC without legal authority. The permanent TRO applies only to the bridges. The rest of TL5 is not affected by closure order. Pedestrians should be able to use the path to observe Chester House, the bumps in the field caused by the archeology, and the views of the valley.

The kissing gate at this location has not been obstructed by Northamptonshire Highways. Investigations will be carried out to determine who has blocked/ padlocked the gate and they will be informed to remove the obstruction.
