Highway condition poor as grass and mud from the verge has been flattened onto it by a tractor when cutting hedges
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 04:35, Wednesday 15 January 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1938109.
A long section of this single track road is so narrow due to mud and grass being squashed over the tarmac, it is very difficult to drive on. A heavy tractor, (whilst cutting the hedges and ditches on Tuesday 14th Jan) flattened the soft verges to the extent that mud and grass has been moved and is now sitting on top of half the road. This is all made worse for driving alongside rain making the mud very slippy. The mud and grass need to be removed and the road edges redefined.
