Potholes all along the carriageway

Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 17:33, Thursday 16 January 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1943060.

From the entrance to the allotments to Stone Works Farm. The holes were filled last year and are now as bad as ever. Doing a few at a time is not cost effective much better to do a strip with proper edging. The heavy traffic will then not break up the edges.

  • This pot hole is right on the driving line, on Stoke Road, at the junction to Knock Lane on the approach to Blisworth. The road itself is in terrible condition, and unsafe! As a result of hitting this pot hole, due to it being full of water and it being dark, my front left tyre now has two deep gouges, resulting in a puncture. I’m unsure yet as to whether the wheel is damaged or not.
