Hit this pothole on Friday Evening @ 2030, when I went out to the car the next morning the tyre was flat, upon removing the wheel the rim has been severely damaged as a result of the impact. As a cyclist who commutes along this road most days this will cause serious injury very soon

There is a second pothole very close to this one. The size of the pothole is beyond belief. I only just missed this pothole in my car.

I hit this pothole Tuesday 28th January. My car is currently in the garage awaiting a quote for repair/replacement of both wheels on the passenger side. As i can see a lot of others have hit this pothole and have similar damage. I would like to make a claim as evidently you are aware of the pot hole yet nothing has been actioned by yourselves to repair or put in provisions so drivers can be made aware of this. Look forward to your response.

I hit this pot hole on the way home from work at 5.25pm tonight (30th January 2020) - in my new car (only had it less than a week) tyre lost pressure straight away with warning lights flashing - low tyre pressure and also another warning light, it looks like a new wheel (not just the tyre is going to be needed as AA came out and said it needs a garage and wouldn't touch the wheel. have images of the wheel waiting to see the garage so can see extent of damage to the alloy and there is a chance that more damage has occurred. Please email me the claim form so I claim back for damage that has been caused by this pot hole. Cant believe it hasn't been sorted and there is another large pot up metres from this one. spoke to someone in Northamptonshire County council and he mentioned it was the first he had heard about this.

Hit this pothole on 29/01/2020 at approx 17:30. Just had my car looked at and had to replace the tyre. Also been advised the wheel is buckled and that I should get this looked at. I will do this asap. Can you please advise how I can claim for the cost of these repairs.

I hit this pothole last night at approx 10.20pm on the 26th Feb 2020.this has punctured the tyre where it meets the sidewall. Not sure if it's damaged the suspension as car has developed a rattle when driving. Will be taking to a garage to find out. This appears to be getting larger by the day. This section of road is apalling and requires attention all the way from little Oakley to great Oakley. Could you please advise how to claim for the damage to my car.

Has anyone been successful with getting a response for their claim? I needed 3 new tyres (all had bulges), two new alloys (BMW 18") and the tracking done. All in all, i am over £1.3k out of pocket!

Update on my report from 26th Feb. Had to wait 3 days for a new tyre, when the tyre fitter was balancing the wheel he called me over, and his professional opinion was the wheel is Fu@#ed. Had my MOT 2 days later, and had to have a lower suspension arm on that side replaced due to damage. Not happy at all. Some of the potholes so called "repaired" on this stretch of road recently are opening back up.
