Blocked ditch causing localised flooding

Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 22:24, Friday 17 January 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1945976.

This is not the location but is the closest to the problem. The actual issue is approx half way between Hannington Village and A43. The ditch on the right hand side (from village to A43 ) is blocked with water visible up to the top of the ditch. It is causing localised flooding on the edge of the road for at least 200m. All of the road side verge drainage along the whole of the Red House Lane has not been well maintained and causes flooding after heavy rain. There is considerable mud and debris on the road and the edges of the road are deteriorating in many places.
