  • I am writing to you to clarify, please, once and for all the right of way for the path to the right of exiting Woodlands Lane onto Brooke Road. I attach a marked map. We currently have no path to safely exit Woodlands Lane on foot. With approx 30 houses it seems unfair that we are forced onto roads where speeding is a problem. The maintenance and upkeep of the path, as identified above, is in constant dispute as the Borough Groundskeepers say it is a privately owned path (by Great Oakley Estates) and the Estate says it is to be kept operational by the Borough. Please advise Cllr Alexandra Wellings 07834 456 593
