Parked cars on the road obstructs the T-Junction joining Timken Way North and Cotswold Avenue

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1952812.
It has come to my attention that cars are parked daily on the T junction adjoining Timken Way North and Cotswold Avenue. I do find that these parked cars do cause an obstruction and reduces visibiity at this junction, particularly when the nearby school is starting or finishing. These cars also block the view of a zebra crossing. I do feel that these cars reduce the road width and makes navigating around them or giving way to oncoming traffic from both Cotswold Avenue or cars exiting Timken Way North difficult. A times, I feel that the parked cars' obstruction increases the risk of accidents and does appear dangerous.
I understand that those who live opposite Timken Way North junction would want to park their cars outside their homes, but do feel that they are creating an obstruction and may cause an accident due to the heavy flow of traffic at school times and reducing visibility of the zebra crossing. They path does seem wide enough to make the road wider with a layby for the nearby residents to park their cars in.
