Filled trench sinking causing pot hole
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:30, Thu 23 January 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1957319.
On the side furthest from the ford factory, a trench which has been filled is now either sinking or breaking away causing pot holes in line with both car wheels. Previously raised a few days ago, response was ‘not councils responsibility’, if it isn’t then can you clarify who’s responsibility it is and that you have notified them of the issue?

I hit this pot hole the other day, this is the damage it has caused. A few hundred pounds worth of damage caused, including new tyre, wheel, coil spring , wheel bearing and recovery fee. I would like to file a claim for this as the location of this pot hole has been known about since January 2020.
