Flooded section of road, not resolved in 8 years

Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category by Dave Gaster at 07:28, Tuesday 28 January 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1964629.

This length of Radstone Road has flooded for the last 8 years and has never been resolved. The council promised to resolve all eight floods, but still has three left. This should have been added to the recent major works, but the site agent refused to include it, thinking the council will do a better job next year. The damage caused to the neighbouring wall needs to be rectified by the council, 'Lack of funds' is not a legal defence.
