Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1967819.
Following the surface dressing works last year, the carriageway really needs to be swept between West Haddon and the railway bridge at Althorp. The amount of loose chippings is appalling, particularly around junctions. I gather it was due to be swept in December but this didn't happen.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.

Thank you for your enquiry. The full extent of the surface dressing on the A428 is to be swept on the 18th and 19th February between 20:00-6:00.

Since the re-dressing, the road surface is too high and therefore the cats eyes are not working. This is making visibility awful and even worse when it is foggy.
