Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 6 minutes later. ref: 1980238.

Cement lorries winding their way through the temporary lights passing where the sign Was reversing into roadways several roads up Lancaster way, then joining the queue waiting for lights to change to get into the site. COMPLETE CHAOS.
