Severe rutting to grass verge

Reported in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 13:22, Thursday 6 February 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1982668.

The grass verge on the North side of Billing Road East at the location of the footpath to Barnstable Close (being a cul-de-sac) has been severely rutted and churned-up due to heavy vehicles and concrete mixers attending to the property being extended adjacent to the footpath on the North side of Billing Road East. The extension is incomplete with rubble remaining on plot. Vehicles have accessed the extension from Barnstable Close but others have not. When concrete was delivered by mixer the footpath was blocked along Billing Road East, without a pedestrian route established around, as the mixer accessed the extension from Billing Road East and located on the footpath.
