Overgrown Tree outside no.15-16 Balmoral Avenue, branches growing over path and road and telephone cables

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 11:47, Friday 7 February 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1984350.

Between 14 and 16 Balmoral Avenue in Rushden, NN10 0BE there is a large tree who's root system has intruded onto 14 Balmoral Ave and is killing off the lawn. The tree is also very tall now and is interfering with the telephone cables above. When windy it rips the phone cables off and BT have to redo them. Caller saying nobody has come to resolve issue despite it saying it was trimmed on FixMyStreet. Leaves fallen from tree likely to cause slip hazard at this time of year.
