Bollard raised out of pavement, Dangerous trip hazard

A bollard on the corner of the pavement has been struck by a vehicle. This has lifted the pavement causing a dangerous trip hazard.
A resident has recently tripped over this and fallen on their way to the Coop shop. This requires urgent attention.
