Very dangerous trip hazard outside a shop

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1994489.

The owner of the shop explained this was reported to Northampton Highways months ago, and a line was placed round this, but her efforts to get it fixed since haven't succeeded.

Very strong likelihood of an accident in this high footfall area.

Thank you for informing us of the defective Anglian water cover, we have made the site safe and reported the defect (issued a section 81 notice) to Anglian water which they must repair within 2 hours – Ref: for Anglian Water 1994489
