Green verge being damaged by parked vehivles

Reported in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 09:39, Friday 14 February 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1997917.

A once reasonably well kept grass verge is being spoiled in places by cars continually being parked off road in the same spot on the verge. This has been the case for approx 6-12 months near my residence and longer along other parts of the road. Tyre tracks can clearly be seen, where the grass has now been removed by cars continually being driven on and off the same spot, wells are now being formed, which collect water when it rains and the verge is becoming more and more unsightly. Continued parking in this manner will very soon completely spoil those points of the green.
