80' Foot tree leaning - damaged fencing and looks vunerable - vehicles and building possible damage if it falls.

This tree has been leaning since the high winds 9th/10th Fen 2020 - damage has been caused to metal fencing - the tree is over 80 foot tall and looks very dangerous. Cars and building are within distance if it falls. Tree is on Cavalry Hill road next to metal fences which surround units (MW Electrical - tree adjacent to Unit 6 in yard Denham Hedley Commercials).

As per telephone conversation trees are not the responsibility of NCC these are the orriginal boundary trees planted when the site was first developed as boundary or hedgerow and as such are the responsibility of the landowner the fact that they have been subsequently back fenced as a security measure does not make them highway trees.
