Just a cleansing query

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1999782.

Residents were given notice of gulley cleansing in January. Can you tell me what precise date the drain cover outside properties 23/25 Penrhyn Road was removed and the gulley cleansed please ?
