Collapsing hedge blocking view from junction

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 2006110.
A collapsing hedge at The Smythy at the bottom of Old Forge Lane is now almost completely obscuring the view of traffic coming down High Street in the direction of Newnham. I have had several near misses recently when I could potentially have been hit side on from cars coming down High Street. This is also a cycle route and if a cycle were to hit the side of a car exiting Old Forge Lane then there is no doubt there would be a fatality. The collapsing hedge belongs to The Symthy at the bottom of Old Forge Lane. This issue is exacerbated by people parking opposite the end of Old Forge Lane, effectively making High Street into a single lane road. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident at this junction unless two things are done: The collapsing hedge is cut back or removed and people stop parking opposite the end of Old Forge Lane. This issue has been present for at least 3 years but the hedge has now collapsed to the extent of making the junction a serious threat to life.
