Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 17:35, Wed 19 February 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 2009188.
Water debouching from a pipe from cellar - probably from a tumble drier - draining directly on to the pavement. It is situated above a cast iron drainage channel, which is blocked and in any event too small to cope.

The exact address is 10 Margaret Street. There is a white plastic pipe issuing from the cellar through which water flows directly onto the pavement. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the water, but litter is adhering to the damp patch on the pavement, and the unwary are at risk of wet feet/ankles if they walk passed at the wrong time.
