Deep/Long pothole that exposes the metal under the road
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 13:01, Thu 20 February 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 7 minutes later. ref: 2010762.
This pothole has formed and you have to drive in the wrong lane to avoid it. It is very long and deep so driving through it would cause damage. You can now see the metal wires and supports that were there before the road was layed.

This pothole is at a dangerous level of deepness and width if a cyclist hit this it could lead to life threatening damage as for cars they most likely be damaged if hole not seen in time.

This pothole is a failed repair- still presents with a deep channel / gulley either side of where the tarmac has been ‘attempted repair!’. Not sure why 30cm square has been repaired ignoring the channel of 50cmx 10 cm either side of it?
