14" pot holes all along curb worn away from prevuious failed attempt to repair properly, Danger to motorists steering
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 09:16, Mon 24 February 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 2017508.
These potholes have returned and have been on this part of the hill for months and months now. Having such huge artic lorries using this road is clearly the problem. They should use the A47/A43 which is built to take such heavy traffic. The whole of Rockingham village needs resurfacing, so why patch it up, that's false economy, the job needs to be done properly. When its raining these deep potholes throughout Rockingham fill with water and aren't visible. Its a serious accident waiting to happen. We have to drive a slalom to avoid them which is also dangerous. Regards

As a result of the pothole my tyre was blown and I had to change it to the spacesaver and on return source a new tyre. The wheel was also damaged when it was checked by the garage fitting the tyre and they have supplied a video of the impact damage to the wheel. Who do I claim against?
