Tree overgrown and damaging drive way

The tree in front of our house 56 Cotswold Avenue is overgrown, the branches are too low with posibility for pedestrians to be injured by branches. Also when buses drive past they always touch it. The roots are expanding towards our drive way posibly damaging our paved driveway on 56 Cotswold Avenue. Is there any way you could remove the tree or at least have it trimmed?
