Huge pot hole on. destroyed my alloy and tyre, please send me a claims form

Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 21:30, Tuesday 25 February 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 2022459.

This hole has been reported a fair few times, my mum being a person who has reported it. Just as you come off of the round about, for about 3 meters there are horrendous pot holes all the way down, some of them as deep as 5 inches. Corby council vans drive past there all day every day, so there is no reason they should still be there after over 6 months! my wheel and tyre costs over a thousand pounds and i really dont have the money right now to just buy a new set because the roads are destroying them, i work in leicester and have no idea what i should do for work tomorrow either. please advise asap.
