Riddled with potholes
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category by Keith Coles at 12:27, Thursday 27 February 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 2025859.
Adding the grey anti-skid surface a while ago, was madness! It has ripped up the tarmac. I DO know the exact function of this surface...why worry about skidding here, when there’s nothing at nearby lights? Money wasted

Thank you for your report. When this pedestrian crossing was designed, the inclusion of anti-skid surfacing was generally recommended as a precautionary measure. The crossing near Queensway was a pre-existing installation and predates this requirement, although. There is a works order to repair the potholes within the next 28 days.
