Jewsons Northampton have phoned to say that this is now a gaping hole rather than just a cracked manhole cover, and needs assessment and work completed. If Jewsons have to claim via insurance for any damage done by their vehicle, they can be contacted to discuss accordingly.

Will Grant of Grant's construction is the contact on site at 538 Wellingborough Road, who reported the problem initially, and reported to Jewson's that their vehicle caused the manhole damage in the first place with their vehicle. Richard Blank at Jewsons is their contact on 07590 189347 if required. Damage has now got worse and needs repair for public safety.

Thank you for your enquiry. The manhole cover o/s Arnold House was reported to BT on 05.03.20 on reference ON-F01894520 and has been replaced. The other cover you have reported outside 538 Wellingborough Road Northampton has been reported to BT today reference ON-F01979647. Any further queries, please contact them direct on 03301233753.
