States willow tree has overgrown and is hanging over the telephone wires, states blocking sunlight. customer feels its in the wrong place

Crowsons Funerals in Barnwell have previously reported this as their phone and internet line is affected with the overgrown branches touching the network lines. this is still a problem that needs dealing with urgently according to the customer. Funeral calls are important and people are working from home and need this sorted out.

The willow tree needs to be removed, not just cut back, because the branches are damaging the telephone cables. BT have said that it should be removed as the branches are stretching the cables.

The tree has still not been removed and continues to cause problems with our WiFi and of the undertakers next door. Please can you confirm when the tree will be removed because we have been promised action for months.
