  • It's the ivy which needs to be cut at the base of the tree. The ivy has almost covered the tree and this acts a a sail, particularly in the recent storms we've experienced. This was reported about 18 months ago but has not been dealt with to date. Sorry, I reported this over the phone yesterday and my information was misinterpreted.

  • Update: Tree does not need reducing - only one dead branch needs removing. The problem is with the ivy covering the tree which needs removing. Update report from original reporter of problem.
