The Signage for this footpath does not exist at both ends

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 2035768.
The footpath appears closed. The signs have been removed at the north end of Cats Head Wood, the land owner told a walker it was closed and there is no access to it from Sudborough Rd. Is the path closed? If not can the signage be replaced and the land owner informed

There is currently no closure on this bridleway. A works order will be raised for a new fingerpost to be installed, however it is the landowners decision if they want additional waymarkers to be installed along the route this is not something that we can enforce. The landowner has been made aware that unless he applies for a legal order to close the path, this right of way is to remain open and accessible at all times for all users of the bridleway.
