  • The bollards were erected by Western Power on their own land which provides access to their sub-station in Merrycot Lane. This because of repeated vandalism and criminal damage to a fence alongside their access, including being rammed on more than one occasion by a vehicle. The fence was erected by a neighbour to replace an old dilapidated fence, but is strictly the property of Western Power and was erected with Western Powers permission.
