Public footpath has been cordoned off

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 2067003.
Builder has erected barriers stopping pedestrians from using the footpath and instructing users (children, disable persons, elderly and mothers) directing pedestrians to walk out onto the road and use the other footpath. The builder has also cordoned off an area of the road and is using it as a personal storage area for building materials along with the skip this has reduced the number of parking space in this section of Loyd Road . Has the correct authorisation been granted for the footpath and road to be cordoned off .

Please will someone look into this immediately. Builders have now barricaded the entrance to several properties so residents cannot get in their front doors with shopping et cetera. We have put up with this and the constant mess in our road and on our cars plus barriers blowing onto the top of them absolutely no respect by the builders for the properties in the road. This is very urgent please will someone look into this
