Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 2073577.

Blocked ditch a4500 westbound towards harpole. Opp Panatoni park new warehouse. New gas line being laided and tree debris and mud debris now blocking ditch. And along with rubbish just thrown in. Also ditch head wall completely collapsed. And stopping water from getting away causing fields to flood.
