Series of potholes, swerving to avoid.
Reported in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 20:31, Mon 20 April 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 2092882.
This section of road was reported late 2019, and 5 months on its still terrible. THIS WILL KILL SOMEBODY. Everyday I travel this road and people are on the other side of the road avoiding the series of potholes. Its only a matter of time before a biker gets thrown off, and into oncoming traffic or a car has a blowout and loses control. The authorities need to take a serious look at safety at the road and fix the issues properly. Its an acceleration zones, and haulier use the trunk road. It needs ripping up and relaying entirely. Patching simply will not do, and exaggerates the problem, with new patches being driven into the old surface crumbling the road around it. Its exactly what has happened here. Please fix before somebody gets hurt
