The residents trailers hitch over hangs the footpath. Causing a danger, where I caught my leg on whilst walking. Needs to be set back on the property. Has been there for a while cannot be seen in the dark.

  • An inspection on 06/08/20 showed that the trailer hitch is protruding 6-8cm over the footway. Given that the footway is c. 2.1m wide at this point and the trailer had no room to move back further, no direct enforcement action can be taken. A letter will be sent to the owner informing them of the issue and requiring that they take some measures to maximise the visibility of the hitch.
