Street light outside no. 15 westbrook garages bulb has stopped working

Updates

We are shortly planning to remove this streetlight as it covers a non-highway car park under the ownership of a housing association. We have instructed Balfour Beatty to repair this light in anticipation that handover of the light to the housing association will occur soon, but we reserve the right to remove the light should this not be possible
