Broken slabs to pedestrian footpaths caused by heavy duty commercial break down vehicles being parked into garden

Over a year ago I reported a neighbour using the public drop curb footpath to gain access to his garden on Rowlett road on the corner of milton road ,parking heavy commercial break down vehicles over night damaging (broken slabs) which in over time will become a trip hazzard to partially sighted predestinations.why has the neighbour been allowed to use this path way to gain access to his property for parking of commercial vehicles.

This neighbour is still parking heavy breakdown vehicles on his property overnight and still driving or reversing vehicles up and over the predestination footpath at Rowlett road on the corner of milton road why has he been not told to stop this action long term it may cost the council to repair this because of his persistent actions.

Rrecent inspection showed that the recovery vehicle no longer appears to use the pedestrian access. Letter has been sent to property requiring all such use to cease going forward.
