Storm drains outside the entrance to the civic ammenity refuse recyling centre are blocked resulting in silt and water
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 09:47, Tue 5 May 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2106182.
The drains outside the rear of our site are blocked resulting in silt and water flowing onto our site during a storm. This then overwhelms our site drainage resulting in large pools of storm water over drains. Some of these pools are on pedestrian and Fork Lift access areas. We have contractors waiting to come to our site to clean our drains but are reluctant to do so until after you have cleaned the external street drains. We were advised earlier this year by NCC that the Patterson Rd drains would be cleaned before the end of April but we have seen no evidence of this. Please confirm the progress of this ASAP in order that we can plan to deal with our internal drain concerns.
