Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2114378.

Hi There You closed my initial report saying it was not the responsibility of NCC can you please tell me who would be responsible then? It was professionally erected around 10 years ago we presumed by NCC of which the Childrens Centre is also a part. We just are not sure where to go to from here. Kind Regards Sarah Grimston
