Loose handrail on concrete steps down to road

There is a dangerous loose handrail at the top of the steps on the Nene Way between Ashton village and Ashton Mill; the steps go directly onto the road on a blind corner with no footpath. If someone put their weight on the rail, they could fall and hurt themselves or fall in front of a car.
