Overgrown path at northern end of footbridge

Reported in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 16:19, Monday 18 May 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2120174.

Cross the footbridge here, heading north-west. Turn left to follow path to the south west, as shown on your map. The path is completely overgrown and walkers must follow an animal track through the long grass. However, no-one seems to be taking responsibility for maintaining this route. Even trying to raise this report was an issue because your system refused to let me flag it where the path meets the road, saying that it is not your responsibility. But who, then, is supposed to be maintaining this stretch of the public right of way?
