Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2129109.

Drain is blocked with rubbish and soil and is causing a horrific smell and the silt in the bottom is stopping any water from draining

Thank you for your report. The drainage issue/gully has been logged and will be addressed as part of our cyclic cleansing programme. Programmed for June 2020. On occasion, this programme can change due to situations outside of our control.
