Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2131393.

Where Footpath AN44 meets the Brackley to Halse Road the stile is broken and is a health and safety hazard. The footboard is broken and not attached on one side, This means it swings loose and is a danger to anyone using it

  • Thank you for your enquiry. This footpath was inspected on 29th May 2020. A letter and stile kit have been delivered to the relevant landowner requesting that the stile at this location is replaced within the next 28days.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. This footpath was inspected on 29th May 2020. A letter and stile kit have been delivered to the relevant landowner requesting that the stile at this location is replaced within the next 28days. Revisit undertaken on 16-6-20. A new stile has been installed by the landowner. No further action required.
