Thank you for your enquiry. A letter will be sent to the relevant landowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

The land in question is public highway. so they don't need to send the details to any one. It is not owned by Barclayard

07/08/2020 Extent will be checked and if owned by NCC or NBC they will be advised to cut back

28/08/2020 The extent has been checked and this is owned by Barclaycard so a letter has been sent to cut back the vegetation. A further visit will take place after 28 days

07/10/2020 Due to issues over who owns the land where the vegetation is growing from a further site visit will take place week commencing 20/10/2020

It is totally unacceptable that is now 4.5 months and nothing is done.it poor excuse to say don't know who the land owner is for section of land.

14/10 Barclays will be cutting back the vegetation and a further site visit will be carried out week commencing 19/10

21/10 Due to a delay in getting quotes we are waiting for a date when Barclays will cutting back the vegetation. A further update will follow week commencing 02/11
