Footpath blocked by a fence

Reported in the Passage-Obstructed/Overgrown category anonymously at 15:11, Thursday 28 May 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2132913.

I started a circular walk from Woodend Green on 25th May. Within minutes we were on footpath SG17 and as we neared College Farm across a field from a private dwelling the path was not marked out and the footpath was blocked by a fence. Thus we had to divert to one end of the field and climb a gate. We then returned to the path and headed towards College Farm the footpath style was visible but was fenced off and included barbed wire on the top. The path was totally inaccessible
