Overgrown hedges from two proeprties blocking path and making us unsafely enter in to oncoming vheicles
Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 17:07, Thu 28 May 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2133084.
The first properties on the left as you enter Clumber drive have hedges. They are consistently overgrown over the pavement and encroach over it considerably and force you in to the road way as you cannot walk safely along the path with the buggy and the dog. my daughter has been with us since lockdown due to an issue with her heart during the birth of her recent child and she had to walk in to the road with the buggy and young child its very unsafe. this isn't new, this is always been an issue when I walk the dogs before the lockdown.
