Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 22:08, Thu 28 May 2020
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2133220.
This prominent long distance footpath in the county is very overgrown between the locks at Billing and the field on the south side of the river. It is only passable by doubling up to get under the overgrown vegetation. It is so overgrown that it is strewn with rubbish, unpleasant ,potentially dangerous and a health hazard
