  • The tree overhangs the residents garden, the photos of the trees are showing what the resident sees when they look up from their garden. The trees are not only blocking the light into their garden, but as you can over the weekend with the winds branches fell off of the trees into the residents garden. This is very worrying for the residents, they are reluctant to sit in their garden or let their grandchildren out when they come round. Could this tree please be cut back to prevent this from happening again, thank you

  • Can we have an update on this please? This is urgent as it's causing health and safety issues to the property next door. The residents have been in their house and nothing appears to be been done. Very concerned about going into the garden and having branches falling on them or their grandchildren. This is URGENT
