The land owner now has put up an electric fence that is dangerous to the public. We each got shocked twice, because the path is bad and the fence doesn’t allow you to pass without getting shocked. The land owner himself is also intimidating, and drives his tractor up next to us and stares at us without speaking for some time.

Thanks for reporting this and apologies for the delay in getting back to you, we have tried to contact the land owner about making them aware that the path exists but to not succes at present. A site visit was made again today and there is still a route available via FA3 which is very obvious as it has been enclosed by wooden fence however FA10 does still exist and always will ever though it's blocked at present by a fence at both ends. We will be writing to the landowner this week asking them to make contact with us to arrange for the path to be opened as soon as possible however if they do not comply then we may have to take legal action. I hope that this covers your concerns for the present time.
