Blocked culvert under road

Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 12:39, Mon 1 June 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2137429.

I previously submitted a report, details below. I have also attached some photos this time showing the blockage. We own the small woodland alongside Naseby Road and during the winter months just gone, water would run out onto the road. We believed this was due to a blocked culvert that runs under the road and drains to a ditch alongside swallow brook. Following extensive digging in the woodland we have managed to locate the culvert and have found that it is blocked. Now the weather is dry water has stopped flowing and felt it would be a suitable time to try and fix the issue. Because we do not have permission to dig up the side of the road, we could only dig on our property, however we are happy for the cleaning to be conducted from this opening we have created. An attempt was made to clean it ourselves, however this was unsuccessful.
