Stone boulders on the verge

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 18:33, Tuesday 2 June 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2139705.

Don't have a photo, sorry. But the house opposite the primary school has large painted boulders on the grass verge. My child tried to exit the car this afternoon kerbside and was unable to open the door without causing damage. It was also a trip hazard trying to negotiate the children in and out of the car. This appears to be happening all along this road and whilst I appreciate the want to stop the verges getting torn up by vehicles its is a big risk to not only vehicles but also pedestrians.
